3-Day Itinerary for Udaipur in June 2023

  1. Day 1: City Palace
    10 minutes (3.2 km) from Udaipur Airport

    In the morning, head to the City Palace, which is a stunning palace complex that overlooks Lake Pichola. You can spend a few hours exploring the palace and learning about the history of the Mewar dynasty. You can even take a boat ride to Nehru Park, a small island in the middle of the lake. In the afternoon, visit Bagore Ki Haveli, a beautiful mansion that has been turned into a museum showcasing the art and culture of Rajasthan. End your day with a cultural show at the haveli, which features traditional music, dance, and puppetry.

If you have extra time, consider visiting the Chittorgarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site that is about 2.5 hours from Udaipur. You can also take a day trip to Kumbhalgarh, which is home to the second-longest wall in the world after the Great Wall of China.
