2-Day Nature Itinerary in Karnataka

  1. Day 1: Coorg
    5 hours 20 minutes (252 km) from Bangalore

    Begin your day with a trek to Abbey Falls. The 70-feet high waterfall surrounded by lush greenery is an excellent spot to take a dip. After lunch, visit the Namdroling Monastery, the largest teaching center of the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism in the world. In the evening, head to Raja's Seat for a spectacular sunset view over the hills.

  2. Day 2: Bandipur National Park
    4 hours 50 minutes (215 km) from Coorg

    Start your day early with a jungle safari in Bandipur National Park, home to a variety of animals, including tigers, elephants, and leopards. After the safari, visit the Gopalaswamy Betta temple, located on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the surrounding forests. In the evening, head to the Moyar River for a relaxing boat ride.
