Two-Day Varanasi Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Ganga Aarti Ceremony

    In the morning, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most famous Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. In the evening, explore the vibrant streets of Varanasi and indulge in some local street food.

  2. Day 2: Sarnath and Ramnagar Fort
    35 minutes (10 km) from Varanasi City Centre

    In the morning, visit Sarnath, the site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. The place has a beautiful museum that houses artifacts and sculptures dating back to the Mauryan and Gupta periods. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Ramnagar Fort, a beautiful sandstone structure that was built in the 18th century. In the evening, enjoy the Ganga Aarti ceremony at the Dasaswamedh Ghat.
