Make sure to visit the beautiful Top Station, located approximately 40 km away from Munnar. You can also consider taking a side trip to the famous hill station of Thekkady, known for its lush green forests and wildlife reserves. To maximize your fun, try to attend the annual Tea and Tourism Festival held in Munnar in August. For a unique experience, try staying in a treehouse or a houseboat.
