This 19th-century marketplace is one of the most lively ‘foodie’ attractions in Barcelona. It is a vibrant place with color palettes that exceed the wildest imaginations of visitor's senses. Here you will see fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and sweets. Have lunch at one of the many stalls which offer a great variety of delicious food to choose from.
The home stadium of FC Barcelona, one of the most popular and successful football clubs in the world. On a stadium tour, you can see behind the scenes of this iconic stadium, witness the famous football pitch, the museum, the chapel, and the locker room of the team.
Barcelona is a walkable city, but the public transportation system is also efficient and well-connected. You can use the metro, buses, and taxis to get around. Expect to pay around €2.20 for a single metro ride. A taxi from center to airport will be around €35, as the airport is about a 25-minute drive from the city center.
If you have more time, consider visiting Museu Picasso or Casa Mila. If you have less time, prioritize Sagrada Familia above all else as it's one of the top landmarks of the city. We also recommend trying traditional Catalan dishes like pa amb tomàquet and crema catalana.
Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) is the main international airport of the city, and is located approximately 10km from the city center. The airport offers both domestic and international flights to various locations around the world. There are different public transportation from Shuttle buses to taxis to get you to/from the airport.
