Hyderabad 3-Day Itinerary for June 2023

  1. Day 1: Charminar
    30 minutes (7.2 km) from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport

    Charminar is a beautiful historical monument made of limestone and granite located in the heart of the city. In the morning, you can explore the shops in the area and enjoy traditional Hyderabadi breakfast such as Irani chai and Osmania biscuits. In the afternoon, head to Chowmahalla Palace, the former residence of the Nizams of Hyderabad, to discover the grandeur of the past. In the evening, visit the Salar Jung Museum, the third-largest museum in India with a collection of art, manuscripts, and antiques from various civilizations.

  2. Day 2: Ramoji Film City
    1 hour 20 minutes (36.4 km) from Charminar

    Ramoji Film City is the world's largest integrated film studio complex with a variety of film sets, gardens, and entertainment zones. In the morning, take a guided tour of the film city and experience behind-the-scenes action. In the afternoon, head to the Lumbini Park and enjoy a boat ride to see the Buddha statue in Hussain Sagar, a large lake built by Ibrahim Quli Qutb Shah. In the evening, explore the Birla Mandir, a magnificent temple built with white marble.

  3. Day 3: Golconda Fort
    40 minutes (13.2 km) from Ramoji Film City

    Golconda Fort is a historic fort built during the Qutb Shahi dynasty. In the morning, explore the fort and learn about its history and architecture. In the afternoon, visit the Qutb Shahi Tombs, a group of tombs and mosques built by the Qutb Shahi dynasty.
