Useful tips

If you have more time, you can add a visit to the Mattupetty Dam and the Echo Point, both of which are great for picnics and relaxation. You can also add in a visit to the Anamudi Peak, the highest peak in South India. However, if you have less time, you can skip some of the suggested sites and spend more time enjoying the scenic surroundings. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen and insect repellent.
