    The Thiruvalluvar statue is a 133ft tall structure which represents the 133 chapters of the Thirukkural - an ancient Tamil scripture. Set against the backdrop of the sea, the structure is the perfect Instagram worthy spot.

    5 minutes (0.2 miles) from Thiruvalluvar Statue

    Kanyakumari Beach is the only beach in India where you can watch Sunrise and Sunset. Take a dip in the pristine waters, stroll along the shoreline, or indulge in some beach-side shopping.

  4. 3:00PM: Vattakottai Fort
    30 minutes (11miles) from Kanyakumari Beach

    Built-in the 18th century, this fort is an impressive structure overlooking the sea. The fort walls made of granite stones, the sea on one side, and hills on the other side paint a beautiful picture. It is the best spot to see panoramic views of Kanyakumari.

    20 minutes (9.4 miles) from Vattakottai Fort

    The palace is a beautiful example of traditional kerala-style architecture. With intricate carvings on the wooden pillars, wide courtyards, and beautiful gardens, the palace is one of the best examples of the architecture of Kerala.
