Transportation

Average daily transport costs range from €7-10 per person/ day, with a travel time of about 20-30 minutes, depending on the distance between places.

Useful Tips

If you have more time, we recommend adding a day trip to Figueres to visit the Dalí Theatre and Museum, or a visit to the Gothic architecture of the Casa Batlló. If you have less time, consider skipping the Tibidabo Amusement Park and montserrat monastery experiences.

Airports

The main airport in Barcelona is Barcelona El-Prat Airport (BCN), located approximately 14 km southwest of the city center. The airport can be reached by taxi in around 20 minutes, or by public transportation via the train, metro, or bus service. There’s another airport, Girona-Costa Brava Airport(GRO), approximately 100 km northeast of Barcelona, which is a small airport mostly used by low-cost airlines.
