Tulum Adventure Itinerary - June 2023

  1. Day 1: Zipline & Cenotes
    20 minutes (6 miles) from Tulum Town

    Start your trip with a heart-pumping adventure at Extreme Adventure Eco Park. Zip-line over the jungle on the 11 different zip lines, walk across the suspension bridges to reach the refreshing Cenotes. You can snorkel and swim in the pristine waters of these natural pools. The park also offers an ATV circuit so you can explore the jungle from a different perspective.

  2. Day 2: Mayan Ruins & Beach
    10 minutes (3 miles) from previous location

    Get ready for a cultural experience by visiting the gorgeous and well-preserved Tulum Ruins. They are perched on a cliff high above the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Get lost in the Mayan ruins before heading to the stunning Playa Paraiso, known for its sugar-white sand and crystal-clear waters. You can relax on the beach, go for a swim, or even try kiteboarding.

  3. Day 3: Caving & Snorkeling

    Wrap up your trip with a fascinating exploration of Rio Secreto Park. Hike, swim, and wade through the narrow limestone caverns, while admiring natural crystal and rock formations. Zip-lining, kayaking, and abseiling are also available for those seeking an extra dose of adrenaline. Continue the journey by snorkelling at Akumal Bay Beach, a stunning reef where you may see sea turtles and different marine species.

Useful Tips

For those with less time, remove the Rio Secreto park from the itinerary and add some beach activities like kiteboarding lessons or go to one of the local beach clubs such as Papaya Playa Project Beach Club or Coco Tulum Beach Club.
