  1. Day 1: Morning boat ride on River Ganges and Kashi Vishwanath Temple

    Start your day with a serene boat ride on River Ganges, one of the most sacred rivers in Hinduism. Enjoy the stunning views of the ghats and observe the morning rituals performed by the locals. After the boat ride, head towards Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most significant temples in Varanasi dedicated to Lord Shiva.   2. Day 1: Bharat Kala Bhavan and Banaras Hindu University

    After visiting the temple, head towards Bharat Kala Bhavan, a museum located inside the Banaras Hindu University campus.   3. Day 2: Sarnath and Chaukhandi Stupa

  4. Day 3: Ramnagar Fort and Museum and Durga Temple

    Visit the Ramnagar Fort, a beautiful 18th-century fort located on the eastern bank of River Ganges. The fort has a museum that showcases the royal artifacts, vintage cars, and weapons. Also, visit the Durga Temple, a beautiful temple dedicated to Goddess Durga, located near the fort. The temple has intricate carvings and a peaceful atmosphere.

  5. Day 4: Manikarnika Ghat and Banaras Ghats
    10 minutes (2.3 km) from Varanasi Junction railway station

    Visit the Manikarnika Ghat, one of the busiest and most significant ghats in Varanasi. The ghat is where the final rites are performed for the deceased, and it's believed that a person who dies here attains salvation. Spend some time exploring the Banaras Ghats, a series of ghats that line the River Ganges. Each ghat has a unique history and significance, and you can witness various rituals and ceremonies being performed here. End your day with a mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony, a ritualistic worship of River Ganges, at the Dashashwamedh Ghat.
