2-Day Munnar Itinerary for June 2023

  1. Day 1: Tea Estate Tour

    Start your day early by visiting one of the famous tea estates in Munnar, such as the Kolukkumalai Tea Estate or the Lockhart Tea Factory.   2. Day 1: Eravikulam National Park

    After your tea estate tour, head to the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Take a guided tour and spot the rare species of flora and fauna. You can also hike up to the Anamudi Peak, the highest peak in South India, and enjoy the scenic views of the park.

  3. Day 1: Pothamedu Viewpoint

  5. Day 2: Kundala Dam Lake

Recommendations

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing, as the terrain can be uneven in some places. Carry a water bottle and some snacks as these activities can be tiring. Other places to visit in Munnar include the Tea Museum, the Rose Garden, and the Attukad Waterfalls. To maximize your fun, you can go on a camping trip and spend a night in the wilderness.
