  2. Day 2: Dhanushkodi Beach

    Start your day early and visit the ghost town of Dhanushkodi, which was destroyed by a cyclone in 1964. Witness the confluence of the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean at the tip of the town. Take a walk on the beach and marvel at the remains of the railway station and church destroyed during the cyclone. In the afternoon, visit the Pamban Bridge, which is the longest sea bridge in India, and offers stunning panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. In the evening, visit the Gandhamadhana Parvatham temple, which provides a spectacular view of the Rameshwaram town.
