Karnataka Nature Itinerary (June 2023)

  1. Day 1: Coorg Hill Station
    3 hours 30 minutes (125 miles) from Bangalore International Airport

    Morning: Start your trip with a scenic drive to Coorg Hill Station, known for its lush green hills and coffee plantations. Visit Abbey Falls, a beautiful waterfall situated in the middle of the coffee plantations. Afternoon: Have lunch at a local restaurant and then explore Dubare Elephant Camp, a popular elephant training centre. You can take a boat ride in the river and witness elephants being bathed and fed. Evening: Relax and enjoy the sunset at Raja's Seat, a beautiful garden with a panoramic view of the valley.

  2. Day 2: Nagarhole National Park
    1 hour 30 minutes (49 miles) from Coorg Hill Station

    Morning: Start early and head to Nagarhole National Park, known for its diverse flora and fauna. Take a wildlife safari and spot elephants, tigers, leopards, and other animals.
