Two-Day Itinerary for Hyderabad in July 2023

  1. Day 1: Charminar
    20 minutes (6.3 km) from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport

    Charminar is an iconic monument and a must-visit place in Hyderabad. It was built in the late 16th century and is a perfect example of Islamic architecture. In the morning, you can explore the monument and its surroundings, which are full of local shops and street food vendors. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Chowmahalla Palace, which was the seat of the Nizams of Hyderabad. You can witness the grandeur and opulence of the palace, which has four palaces within its complex. In the evening, take a stroll around the Hussain Sagar Lake, which is a man-made lake built in the 16th century. There is a large Buddha statue on a nearby hill, which is illuminated in the evening.

  2. Day 2: Golconda Fort
