5-Day Motorcycle Riding Itinerary in Karnataka, July 2023

  1. Day 1: Bangalore
    Start from Kempegowda International Airport
    40 minutes (30 km) from airport

    In the morning, visit the historic Bangalore Palace and take a tour of the grounds. In the afternoon, ride to the Lalbagh Botanical Gardens and explore the vast collection of plants and trees. In the evening, head to Church Street for a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurants and pubs.

  2. Day 2: Mysore
    3 hours (145 km) from Bangalore

    Start the day with a visit to the magnificent Mysore Palace before heading to the nearby Jaganmohan Palace Art Gallery and St. Philomena's Cathedral. In the afternoon, ride to the Brindavan Gardens and enjoy the beauty of the musical fountains. In the evening, visit the bustling Devaraja Market and try some local street food.

  3. Day 3: Coorg
    2 hours 50 minutes (120 km) from Mysore

    Begin the day with a visit to the Namdroling Monastery, home to over 5,000 monks and nuns. Then, ride to the Raja's Seat for a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding hills. In the afternoon, explore the Abbey Falls and take a dip in the refreshing waters. In the evening, relax at a homestay and enjoy a traditional Coorgi meal.

  4. Day 4: Hampi

  5. Day 5: Gokarna

    Ride to the peaceful town of Gokarna and visit the Mahabaleshwar Temple, one of the seven sacred temples of Hinduism. In the afternoon, head to the Om Beach and enjoy some water sports or just relax by the shore. In the evening, take part in the Ganga Pooja ceremony and see the temple illuminated by hundreds of oil lamps.
