Varanasi Honeymoon Itinerary - July 2023

  1. 6:00 AM: Boat ride on the Ganges River

    Watch the sunrise on a peaceful boat ride along the Ganges River. The river is considered a sacred place by Hindus and a boat ride offers an insight into the religious beliefs of the locals. You will witness the spiritual rituals and see the many ghats along the river.

  2. 7:30 AM: Assi Ghat
    10 minutes (1.2 miles) from Ganges River Boat Ride

    Assi Ghat is one of the many ghats in Varanasi and is known for its beautiful sunrise and sunset views. It is also a popular spot for yoga and meditation, and you can watch the morning rituals and take a dip in the holy water of the Ganges. The ghat has many shops and cafes where you can enjoy a cup of masala chai.

  3. 9:30 AM: Kashi Vishwanath Temple

    Shop for souvenirs and gifts at the Varanasi Silk Emporium which is known for its exquisite silk sarees, shawls, and scarves. The shop has a vast collection of handwoven silk fabrics which are unique to Varanasi. You can also watch the weavers at work and learn about the various weaving techniques.

  8. 8:00 PM: Dinner at Pizzeria Vaatika Cafe
