In addition to the itinerary, you may also want to consider visiting the Boudhanath Stupa at sunrise, taking a cooking class to learn how to make traditional Nepali dishes, or going on a hiking trip in the Annapurna Range. For a side trip, consider visiting the city of Bhaktapur, which is known for its well-preserved ancient architecture. To maximize your fun, be sure to try some of the local food, including momos (steamed dumplings) and dal bhat (lentil soup with rice).
