3-Day Nature Itinerary in Mysore (June 2023)

  1. Day 1: KRS Dam and Brindavan Gardens

    In the morning, we'll visit the KRS Dam, which offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and the Cauvery River. Afterward, we'll head to Brindavan Gardens, a beautiful botanical park with illuminated fountains that are a must-see at night. In the evening, watch the Musical Fountain show, a mesmerizing display of water, light, and music that leaves visitors spellbound.

  2. Day 2: Bandipur National Park and Nanjangud Temple

    Today, we'll head to Bandipur National Park, one of the best wildlife reserves in South India.   3. Day 3: Chamundi Hill and Karanji Lake

    On our last day, we'll visit the iconic Chamundi Hill, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of Mysore and its surroundings. Climb the 1000 steps to the top or take a cab for a more leisurely ride. Visit the Chamundeshwari Temple, a revered shrine dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga. Afterward, we'll head to the serene Karanji Lake, a popular spot for birdwatching and boating. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the chirping of the birds before bidding goodbye to Mysore.
