A side trip to Kasol is worth considering for an offbeat experience. Try to maximize your fun by engaging in adventure sports whenever possible and take time to appreciate the natural beauty of the region. Finally, make sure to pack comfortable shoes, warm clothes, and plenty of sunscreen and water as the weather in the mountains can be unpredictable.
