3-Day Itinerary for Bangalore in August 2023

  1. Day 1: Lalbagh Botanical Garden

    In the morning, explore the 240-acre garden, which houses over 1,000 species of flora. You can take a walk around the serene lake or relax in the lush greenery. In the afternoon, visit the Glass House, which is inspired by London's Crystal Palace. End the day with a visit to the Kempegowda Tower, which offers a panoramic view of the garden.

  2. Day 2: Bangalore Palace
    30 minutes (10.3 km) from Lalbagh Botanical Garden

    Experience the grandeur of the Bangalore Palace in the morning. The palace has Tudor-style architecture and is spread over 45000 square feet. In the afternoon, visit the Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace, which is a great example of Indo-Islamic architecture. End the day with a visit to the UB City Mall, which has a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

  3. Day 3: Bannerghatta Biological Park
    1 hour 10 minutes (25 km) from Bangalore Palace

    In the morning, head towards Bannerghatta Biological Park. The park is spread over 25,000 acres and has a variety of flora and fauna. You can take a safari ride to spot tigers, lions, and bears. In the afternoon, visit the Butterfly Park, which has over 20 species of butterflies. End the day with a visit to the Innovative Film City, which houses a variety of attractions like a wax museum, a tribal museum and a haunted mansion.
