Transportation in Katra is mainly by local bus or taxi. For the Vaishno Devi trek, you need to park your vehicle at the base camp and then start your trek on foot. For Patnitop and Sanasar, car rentals are the best option, which costs around INR 2,500 per day.
If you have more time, you can explore nearby locations like Jammu and Srinagar. If you have less time, you can skip visiting Sanasar and return to Katra on Day 3.
