Family Friendly 2-Day Itinerary for Udaipur in June 2023

  1. Day 1: City Palace
    10 minutes (2.5 km) from Jagdish Chowk

    Start your day early with a visit to City Palace, a grand palace complex built on the banks of Lake Pichola. This architectural marvel is a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal styles and has several structures within its premises. In the morning, explore the Mardana Mahal, Zenana Mahal, and the Crystal Gallery. After that, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola to see the palace from a different perspective. Have lunch at the palace's restaurant, Palki Khana, and try the traditional Rajasthani thali. Spend the afternoon admiring the beautiful gardens and fountains at Saheliyon Ki Bari. In the evening, head to Bagore Ki Haveli to watch the cultural dance and music performances.

  2. Day 2: Fateh Sagar Lake
    20 minutes (5.5 km) from Jagdish Chowk

    Start your day at Jagdish Temple, a beautiful Hindu temple located in the heart of the city. After that, head to Fateh Sagar Lake, a serene artificial lake surrounded by scenic hills. Take a boat ride to Nehru Park and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Have lunch at Cafe Satori, a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the lake. In the afternoon, visit the Vintage Car Museum, which houses a collection of vintage cars and motorcycles.
