3-Day Cultural Immersion Itinerary in Varanasi - December 2023

  1. Day 1: Assi Ghat
    9 minutes (2.3 km) from Varanasi Junction Railway Station

    Start your day early by witnessing the sunrise at Assi Ghat, one of the most popular ghats situated on the banks of the river Ganges. In the evening, attend the Ganga aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, a grand ceremony where priests perform a ritual with fire and chants.

  2. Day 2: Sarnath
    30 minutes (10 km) from Varanasi by car
