In the afternoon, visit the famous Benaras Hindu University and explore the campus and its gardens. Later, explore the local markets of Varanasi, such as the Dasashwamedh Ghat Market and Vishwanath Lane, and shop for handicrafts, silk sarees, and mouth-watering street food.

  3. Day 3: Music, Dance, and Food
    Starting Point: Ramnagar Fort
    30 minutes (17 km) from Benaras Hindu University

    In the morning, visit the Ramnagar Fort, located on the opposite bank of the River Ganges, and explore the museum, which displays the vintage cars, armor, and weapons of the royal family. In the afternoon, attend a classical music and dance performance, such as the Sankat Mochan Music Festival or the Rajghat Dance Festival. In the evening, attend a cooking class and learn to cook traditional Varanasi dishes such as Chena Dahi Vada and Litti Chokha.
